SELECTION

We always start with previewing the property to get measurements of all rooms to be staged. From there, we engage with the space planning process. This is helpful when a room is oddly shaped or doesn’t have natural traffic patterns. We can move furniture around to find optimal flow for buyer walk-throughs and MLS photos. That’s what attracts potential buyers in the first place. They must know there’s enough room for them to comfortably move through the property.
